1. Start with clean skin.
2. Apply Lift & Firm Contour Cream to the face, chin, jawline, and neck to create a smooth glide.
3. Hold the gua sha board at a slight angle, keeping it comfortably flat against the skin.
4. Glide gently using upward and outward strokes. Do not press hard or pull the skin.
5. Repeat each movement 3–5 times on each area.
6. Use daily or several times per week as part of your skincare ritual.

Suggested Movements

Chin & Jawline
Glide from the center of the chin outward along the jawline toward the ear.

Cheeks
Glide from the side of the nose outward across the cheek toward the ear.

Forehead
Glide upward from the brow area toward the hairline.

Neck
Glide gently upward from the base of the neck toward the jawline.

Around the Eyes
Use only very light pressure. Glide gently outward and avoid pulling the delicate skin.

Daily Cream Ritual

Apply Lift & Firm Contour Cream morning and evening after serums. Massage gently onto face and neck with upward motions.

If using once daily, apply at night as the final moisturizing step in your evening ritual.
