It was during this pivotal moment, prompted by the unfiltered lens of a professional photographer's camera, that I realized the toll neglect had taken on my complexion. The image staring back at me reflected a visage aged beyond my years - dry, sagging skin, etched with fine lines, and a lackluster complexion. This stark revelation propelled me on a quest for skincare solutions that would truly rejuvenate and revitalize.
As I delved deeper into the world of skincare, I became increasingly dismayed by the prevalence of synthetic chemicals in mainstream
products. These harsh and damaging ingredients, commonly used as solvents, emulsifiers, and preservatives, were being absorbed by our skin - our body's largest organ - with potentially harmful consequences.
Driven by a desire to find a solution, I honed my focus on natural, plant-based ingredients, harnessing their innate power to nourish and
rejuvenate. In the subsequent years, from 2014 onwards, I embarked on a journey of exploration and experimentation right from my own kitchen. With a background as a manufacturing engineer, I meticulously researched ingredients and formulations, determined to create skincare products that would prioritize purity, potency, and efficacy.
The results were transformative, both for my own skin and for those who shared in my journey. Encouraged by the unwavering support of friends and inspired by the possibilities of creating real change, I took the leap to officially register Lord & Lily as a business in 2019.
Since then, Lord & Lily has blossomed into a beacon of integrity, efficacy, and simplicity in the skincare industry. Rooted in a commitment to purity and potency, our products are meticulously crafted to deliver visible results without compromise.
Beyond skincare, my involvement in the manufacturing industry has imbued me with a deep understanding of raw materials and quality control processes, ensuring that every Lord & Lily product meets the highest standards of excellence.
Moreover, as the cofounder of several charity organizations dedicated to causes close to my heart, including providing a home for girls who are victims of human trafficking and sexual exploitation, and supporting children's education in refugee camps, I am driven by a passion for giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the world.
