1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We believe in keeping shipping simple and transparent. Your shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal (after any discounts are applied and before taxes):

2. Order Processing & Timelines

Processing Window: We know you want your products as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and packaged within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

Cut-Off Times: Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods or holiday launches, processing times may be extended by an additional 1 to 2 business days. We appreciate your patience while our team carefully prepares your package.
3. Domestic Delivery & Carriers
All domestic shipments are sent via trusted major carriers—primarily the United States Postal Service (USPS First Class or Priority Mail) or UPS, depending on the total weight and destination of the package.
We proudly ship to all 50 states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Please note that deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and military bases may experience slightly extended delivery windows (typically 5 to 8 business days).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been carefully packed and handed off to our carrier, you will receive an automatic Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

5. Address Changes & Correct Information
Accuracy is key to a seamless delivery. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Intercepting Orders: If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us immediately at support@lordnlily.com. We will do our absolute best to update it, but once an order has been processed by our warehouse or handed over to the carrier, we are unable to modify the destination.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the $5.00 shipping charge required to re-ship the items.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
Lord & Lily is not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives completely damaged or broken, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos of the issue, and reach out to our customer care team at support@lordnlily.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in filing a carrier claim and replacing your products.

Missing Packages: If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, porch corners, or your local postal carrier first. If it remains missing after 3 business days from the marked delivery date, contact us to help you look into the matter.
7. International Shipping
Currently, our standard $5 flat-rate and free shipping over $100 offers apply exclusively to domestic orders within the United States. International shipments (including Canada) are handled separately via global parcel networks and are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination weight and any applicable international service duties.
